Jacksonville, FL — Kindness is such a rare commodity in politics these days, which is why it warmed our hearts to see Councilman Chris Miller was kind enough to loan Council President Kevin Carrico a suit jacket and pants when he learned his colleague didn't have one on hand.

"Kevin's a great guy, I carry an extra suit and pants with me usually, in case John [Rutherford] takes his off in a bathroom and forgets his—you wouldn't believe the number of times he's come out of an airport bathroom in just a shirt and boxers—but today I feel good because I was able to help Kevin out, I just feel bad that I'm a few sizes bigger than him."
