BREAKING: Keystone Heights chalk artist (6) to be publicly caned

Keystone Heights, FL— After finding a city tennis court vandalized by chalk, officials with the City of Keystone Heights mobilized all available resources to track down the vandal responsible and bring her to justice.

After locating the offender, 6-year-old Emily Matthews, Mayor Nina Rodenroth held a tribunal where the criminal was sentenced to public caning for her offense.

We spoke to the Mayor after the trial: "Look, we tried everything we could to remove the graffiti this savage sullied our public park with. We tried everything from pouring half a bottle of water on it to kind-of kicking it. Nothing worked, so we had to find her and get medieval on her ass."
