Minneapolis, MN — In another major setback, after being eliminated from playoff consideration, the bus carrying the Detroit Lions was stopped by NFL officials while leaving U.S. Bank stadium.
Citing the NFL rule that team buses must travel 2mph under the posted speed limit, officials imposed a 15-yard penalty on the team and forced the bus to back up 45 feet before driving the team to the airport.
