Cash tumbleweeds taking over Neptune Beach

Residents say they're fed up with the giant balls of cash taking over their streets

Neptune Beach, FL — Beach residents say they're growing frustrated by the increasing number of cash tumbleweeds rolling through their streets.

"I don't know why somebody doesn't do something, it's incredibly frustrating trying to take my kids to school and having to get out of the car to move one of the $25,000 tumbleweeds out of the street every half mile."

Neptune Beach Mayor Cori Bylund said that the City has been trying to address the issue, but residents need to keep their doors and windows closed to stop loose cash from blowing out and forming the tumbleweeds.
