Breaking: Duval legislative delegation unanimously approves bill converting Cecil Field into mutant training facility

Jacksonville, FL — After receiving unanimous approval by both the City Council as well as the Legislative delegation, a bill that would see Cecil Field converted into a mutant training facility moves to Tallahassee.

Councilman Nick Howland, leader of the H-Men introduced the bill, citing a need to train the next generation of "mutantkind."
