Chris Miller, completely alone, performs ribbon cutting ceremony for Stockton Street bridge

Jacksonville, FL — Thursday morning Jacksonville City Councilman Chris Miller, completely and totally by himself, performed the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Stockton Street bridge, designed to aide in the restoration of the McCoy's Creek.

"This bridge is going to provide a much needed crossing over the creek, it's elevated so wildlife can cross underneath, it's got bike lanes and sidewalks, and it actually looks like the city put in a free money dispenser, at least based on the $105,000,000 price tag" said the lone city ojfficial present during the ceremony.
