Councilman Chris Miller reopens Northbank Riverwalk, without any assistance from anyone.

Jacksonville, FL — After what seems like forever, the Northbank Riverwalk has reopened. The City of Jacksonville held a ceremony to commemorate this milestone, though the only official to show up was Councilman Chris Miller.

"This is a long awaited moment for the people who love, work, and play in this area. This is a big deal, you'd think the Mayor or somebody would've shown up, but I'm more than glad to step up."
