Councilman Diamond accused of stealing tight clothes from Raul Arias.

Jacksonville, FL — On Monday, Councilman Rory Diamond was accused by Councilman Raul Arias of stealing clothes from him.

"So, I go in my closet this morning, I notice all of my small shirts are gone and then I see Diamond at the JEA investigatory committee, nipples protruding. I never told him he could borrow my clothes, he stole them!"

Diamond has denied the accusation:
"First, this isn't a 'small' shirt, it's a children's large. Second, Arias' style isn't my style, I'd never wear his clothes."
