Councilmen Chris Miller and Nick Howland perform ribbon cutting for new ER, by themselves

Jacksonville, FL — With absolutely no other participants present, City Councilmen Chris Miller and Nick Howland performed a ribbon cutting for a new St. Vincent's Emergency room near Beach and Kernan.

"Yeah I'm just glad to be out here, this facility will provide much needed access to emergency services, I'm just so disappointed that literally no one else showed up" said Councilman Miller.
