CSX temporarily loses title as most inconvenient, road-blocking bullshit in Jacksonville

Jacksonville, FL — After nearly a century of being Jacksonville's nearly exclusive source of road-blocking bullshit, CSX has—at least temporarily—lost their title to Ironman Jacksonville.

"Yeah, we really pride ourselves on how much of an inconvenience we made this event for as many people as possible." Said one event organizer.

We spoke to Mayor Donna Deegan about the planning of this tremendous feat: "I'm just so proud that we could help facilitate this in the most inconvenient way possible, we can't let CSX have a monopoly forever! There were talks of doing the event in lower traffic areas, but our team—together with the organizers—found a way to make sure this event was as much of a pain in the ass for as many Jacksonville drivers as humanly (or in the case of the competitors here, super-humanly) possible by sending it through the busiest parts of our city."

CSX has vowed to respond: "First, congratulations to Ironman Jacksonville for their tremendous feat, however we have partnered with Florida East Coast Railway and, together, we will block every railroad crossing in Duval county for 48 hours straight, we will not go quietly into the night."
