Jacksonville, FL — During our regular review of election results, Duval Tribune reporters were unable to find any record of Councilman Reggie Gaffney Jr. running in, or winning, an election. We spoke to rules committee chair Chris Miller about our shocking discovery: "Oh yeah, Reggie's a great guy. We were having a council meeting one day and he just kinda wandered up to the dais. He didn't really seem like he'd cause any problems, so we just kinda let him sit in a seat and vote. He's shown up to basically every meeting, so he's pretty much one of us now."
