Governor guts and fillets red snapper at Jacksonville press conference.

Jacksonville, FL — Governor Ron Desantis stopped in Jacksonville Friday morning to hold a press conference where he spent 30 minutes gutting and filleting the two red snapper he caught last night.

"I know many of you are disappointed by the last minute change ordered by a federal court, but I managed to get out there and catch myself some snapper late last night, so now you can watch me fillet these bad boys."

After about 20 minutes of filleting the first one, the fish gut covered Governor decided the second one would just "go in the cooler until tomorrow."
