Jacksonville, FL — Just months after our reporting of Kevin Carrico's excessive cocaine budget at his installation ceremony, it appears that incoming Council President Nick Howland has followed in his footsteps.
Documents obtained by the Tribune reveal that Howland has placed several orders in advance of his installation ceremony.
Orders include:
-$6.7M for 8oz of Green Kryptonite
-$35k for a "Red Solar Radiation Ray" rental.
When asked about the spending, Howland issued the following statement:
"Although the purchases may seem excessive, all of my spending serves the greater interests of humanity. While I can not fully divulge my plans just yet, I can assure you that all funds come directly from private sources, like Lexcorp, one of this community's most dedicated partners."
