How Brave: Paul Renner re-announces gubernatorial bid "just in case you guys didn't hear me the first time."
The gubernatorial hopeful pleaded with passersby to acknowledge his candidacy.

Jacksonville, FL — Gubernatorial hopeful Paul Renner re-announced his campaign for Florida Governor at an event at FSCJ on Tuesday.
"Please, somebody acknowledge my candidacy. I announced it a few months ago and no one has attacked me, no one has come out to support me. I was the speaker of the Florida House of Representatives, I am somebody, I'm a big deal. Maybe you guys didn't hear me the first time, so I'm re-announcing my candidacy." said the visibly distraught Renner.
We spoke to people who appeared to be attending the event:
"Who? Oh, I thought this was my philosophy class, I gotta go" said Sophia Robertson, a student who was running late for class.
"Oh, wow. This guy used to be the speaker of the house? Wow, this kinda stuff can happen to anyone, huh? Hope he lands on his feet" was the response of custodian Jeremiah Rojas.
At press time, Renner was seen silently sobbing on a bench.
