Jacksonville Beach Animal Control raids home of local doberman, seizes $25,000 in counterfeit pet supplies. Doberman placed on "very bad boy" list.

Jacksonville Beach, FL — After a monthslong investigation into suspicious activity off Penman Road, Jacksonville Beach Animal control officers raided the home of a local doberman suspected of distributing counterfeit pet supplies.

What officers found inside the home was a sophisticated operation.

"This VERY bad boy had cut open bags of ol' roy and poured the contents into Purina bags, he took sand and used it to refill litter bottles, he wiped the 'best by' dates off of Friskies wet cat food. There's no telling how much of this garbage hit the streets."

Officers also found several kilos of low quality catnip, but when asked who it belonged to, the doberman lowered his head and placed his tail between his legs.
