Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. Waters working his way up through JSO ranks, looking to engage in high speed pursuit by next week.

Jacksonville, FL — After just two weeks on the street, Jacksonville Sheriff TK Waters has worked his way up from the traffic enforcement division to the patrol division.

"Last week I caught some kid littering while I was out running radar, now I caught a shoplifter; I'm really just trying to find myself, you know? I'm trying out different jobs to see what really works for me and where I fit in so I really feel like I'm a part of JSO. Next week I'm hoping for a high speed pursuit, maybe I'll hop in one of our helicopters to follow, who knows?"

Sources report that Waters has been placed on administrative leave as the latest arrest the conducted was the second time he was reprimanded by a supervisor for turning off his bodycam.
