Not to be outdone by Sheriff doing jobs of his employees, Mayor Donna Deegan performs autopsy.

Jacksonville, FL — After the Jacksonville Sheriff went hands-on twice in the last two weeks, Jacksonville Mayor Donna Deegan decided to go hands on in one of the agencies she leads.

"Well, I just think it shows true leadership to go into the various departments of the city and lead from the front. This week I've done two autopsies just today. It really feels good to work with your hands."

At press time, the Mayor was seen leaving the medical examiner's office and hopping onto the back of a garbage truck.
