Palatka, FL — Locals are outraged after discovering that the Palatka City Commission voted to spent the entire city budget on a cash grab booth.
"We've worked hard the last few months, this is just a way for us to let off a bit of steam" said Mayor Robbi Correa.
Commission members were spotted laughing outside city hall while dollar bills flew out of their overflowing jacket pockets.
