Peluso abandons district 7 seat, runs at-large so he can move in with Diamond, cites cost of living.

Neptune Beach, FL — Citing the high cost of living, Jacksonville City Councilman Jimmy Peluso has entered the race for an at-large City Council seat.

"Living alone is expensive, and in order to save money, I just figured that the most practical option was to take on a roommate. Because Rory lives out at the beach, I think it makes the most sense for me to run at-large instead of tying myself to a district for another 4 years."
