Jacksonville, FL — Our reporters sat down and spoke with Jacksonville Sheriff TK "Walk 'em Down" Waters about how his office has managed to successfully reduce crime over the last 3 years.

Waters: Our results should speak for themselves, we're really like that out here.

Reporter: While I don't dispute the outcomes, I'm more interested in specific crime reduction strategies that have worked for your office.

Waters: We kill murderers.

Reporter: Can you expand on that?

Waters: We have two homicide divisions, one is to investigate homicides, the other to commit them. When we've identified someone who is known in the community for engaging in shootings, we send our own shooters to deal with them. As a result, Jacksonville has its lowest homicide rate in decades.
