BREAKING: Congress votes to bail out struggling black toner industry by releasing Epstein files.

Capitol Hill, D.C. — After several weeks of mounting pressure, both the House and Senate voted to bail out the black toner industry by releasing the Epstein files.

The bill includes $5B in appropriations to purchase black toner to redact the files.

President Donald Trump originally opposed the bill because he asked for $1B be included for the black ink industry, but is expected to sign the bill soon.
