Visibly frustrated Jim Overton begins moving curtains after window shifts to the right

Jacksonville, FL — After being woken up early Thursday morning by abnormal amounts of sunlight, Duval County Tax Collector Jim Overton says that he was forced to re-hang his curtains due to his window suddenly shifting to the right.

"It's the darndest thing, every few years this happens, some years the window will move to the left, some years it'll move to the right, and every single time I have to get up and rehang these damned curtains. I don't know why this happens, but maybe I just need to buy a longer curtain rod."
